Own and evolve high-scale backend and data-layer services. Design, build, test, and operate distributed backend services and APIs, improve reliability/latency/scale, take end-to-end ownership from design through production support, participate in on-call and incident response, and mentor peers while partnering with Product and SRE teams.

Lead Pindrop's editorial strategy and content engine to shape brand narrative and drive organic pipeline. Own a quarterly flagship publication, translate technical research into executive-facing stories, manage the editorial calendar, align content with revenue goals, and operationalize AI-powered workflows, style guides, and systems to ensure consistent, measurable content that supports Demand Gen, PMM, Product, and Sales.

Own the internal AI enablement product experience across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. Map workflows, identify high-value automation opportunities, build and ship agentic tools, establish evaluation and production processes, measure adoption and ROI, and drive responsible adoption through workshops, onboarding, office hours, and coaching.
