Leads an eight-person cross-functional software engineering team building SaaS and hybrid multi-tenant identity and access management products. Responsibilities include hiring, training, Agile planning, technical design and code reviews, hands-on development, product requirements, investment planning, cross-team coordination, delivery, and production issue response. The role requires managing software development teams, delivering commercial products, and expertise in Java, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD cloud architecture.
