The role requires collaboration across development and testing teams, cloud application experience, AWS, CI/CD, J2EE frameworks, and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

Supports federal acquisition and contract administration for the VA Loan Guaranty Product Line. Responsibilities include developing procurement documentation, monitoring deliverables and invoices, coordinating contract modifications and funding, supporting CORs and Contracting Officers, facilitating stakeholder meetings, tracking risks and milestones, and ensuring compliance with FAR, VAAR, and contractual requirements. The role bridges government program, acquisition, budget, technical, and contractor teams in a remote PMO environment.
