The role also coaches communications professionals and uses generative AI with appropriate human oversight.

Leads Pluralsight’s enterprise-wide information security strategy across corporate and product environments. Oversees security architecture, regulatory compliance, policies, third-party audits, business continuity, disaster recovery, and security reporting. Builds operational rigor, monitors program effectiveness, translates regulations into practical controls, and communicates with executives, auditors, regulators, and technical teams. The role requires extensive information security leadership, deep knowledge of security technologies and regulations, and strong organizational communication skills.

Leads North American revenue marketing strategy, pipeline generation, revenue contribution, budget allocation, field and digital programs, public sector and partner marketing, and team development. Partners closely with Sales leadership to drive enterprise, commercial, public sector, and channel growth. Owns integrated marketing planning, performance measurement, investment decisions, and executive communication across the region.
