Integrate systems, support upgrades and interoperability, document procedures, resolve adjudication issues, collaborate with IT and stakeholders, and use analytics to improve plan performance and compliance.

Manage workforce management systems to forecast workload, build schedules, monitor real-time adherence, recommend staffing adjustments, configure WFM platforms, troubleshoot issues, and partner with operations to meet service-level goals and improve efficiency.

Provide case management nursing services including creating and monitoring treatment plans, documenting clinical reports, coordinating care transitions and referrals, medication reconciliation, patient education, and connecting patients to community resources while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
