Lead PolyAI's external and internal communications by owning social strategy and execution, executive and employee advocacy, content adaptation, social listening and engagement, community and customer advocacy, reporting, and company-wide internal communications in partnership with PR, Brand, Product Marketing, and leadership.

Manage and grow customer accounts, focusing on retention and upselling while collaborating with teams to drive product usage and success.

Responsible for partner and GTM enablement programs, managing onboarding logistics, updating sales playbooks, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
