Test Popl's dashboard and mobile app, identify and document bugs, verify fixes with engineering, provide frontline customer support, triage and prioritize feature requests and bug reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure releases are production-ready.

Build, scale, and maintain Popl's backend services: write backend code, support and document APIs, monitor logs, resolve issues, make infrastructure decisions, and collaborate with engineering to ensure reliable, secure, and performant systems.
