Provides legal counsel to insurance leadership, leads the Insurance legal and compliance team, manages regulatory filings and initiatives, supports board governance, monitors legal developments, manages outside counsel, and builds scalable compliance frameworks. The role partners cross-functionally to secure approvals, launch products, achieve strong examination results, mitigate risk, and advise executives on complex insurance regulatory and business matters.
