Drive new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Collaborate with marketing, schedule demos for Account Executives, maintain CRM activity, craft personalized messaging, and research target markets to build pipeline for Portnox's security solutions.

Own the customer lifecycle for large strategic accounts: lead onboarding, drive adoption and retention, manage technical project onboarding, surface expansion opportunities, maintain health scores and reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CX processes.
