Leads regional sales for Precision products across distributor, OEM, engineering, consultant, and end-user accounts. Develops strategic plans, grows revenue, manages customer relationships, coaches sales and project teams, monitors performance, forecasts results, and identifies market opportunities. Collaborates with estimating, engineering, inside sales, and outside sales teams to improve quotations and close rates. Requires up to 50% domestic travel by vehicle or plane, primarily across Arizona and New Mexico.
