Provides financial planning and analysis support for SG&A, corporate allocations, and consolidated reporting. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, variance and profitability analysis, financial modeling, executive reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc strategic analysis. Partners with Accounting, FP&A, shared services, Operations, and other stakeholders to validate results, improve reporting, support cost management, and deliver actionable business insights. Also assists with acquisition integration and pro forma reporting.

Leads integrated marketing strategy across campaigns, thought leadership, digital activation, demand generation, events, account-based marketing, and sales enablement. Develops multichannel campaigns and content, directs segmentation and targeting, manages digital and paid media programs, partners with executives and sales, and uses HubSpot, Salesforce, campaign analytics, and AI tools to optimize funnel performance and marketing operations.

Leads operational project finance supporting clinical trials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, invoicing, earned value analysis, contract review, and financial reporting. Manages and mentors financial analysts, coordinates with finance teams and project leaders, supports month-end close, identifies scope and budget variances, and serves as the financial lead for client business reviews.
