Supports financial management for a client portfolio, including project accounting, reconciliations, revenue recognition, forecasting, invoicing, accruals, intercompany transactions, month-end close, audits, and budgeting. The role reviews contracts, project costs, expenses, and financial trackers; coordinates with project managers and finance teams; mentors junior staff; and helps improve department policies and procedures.

Lead planning, buying, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. Develop integrated media strategies, manage budgets and vendors, present recommendations, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance and reporting.

Manage project accounting and financials for client portfolio: oversee month-end close, contract review and setup, intercompany transactions, invoicing, accruals, forecasts, and audits. Serve as primary finance contact for projects, present financials, mentor junior staff, identify efficiencies, and ensure revenue recognition and compliance with GAAP.
