Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of global clinical trials in compliance with ICH/GCP. Manage trial operations teams, study documentation, clinical monitoring plans, investigative site and vendor selection, site activation, monitoring quality, project milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Serve as a clinical operations reference for CRAs and investigative sites while coordinating multiple projects and ensuring quality customer outcomes.

Oversee site contract negotiations for assigned clinical studies, including templates, budgets, CTAs, NDAs, regulatory submissions, timelines, and risk resolution. Liaise with sponsors, country experts, legal counsel, regulatory submission managers, investigators, and internal study teams. Review contract language, advise on changes, escalate legal issues, and ensure clear, compliant, legally binding agreements. Support negotiators and coordinate deliverables across global studies.

Manage full trial budget lifecycle and proposal pricing for CRO services: cost analysis, budget development (OOP and FTE), change orders, stakeholder coordination, resource fee preparation, and proposal production. Interface with project and contract teams, provide pricing guidance, and support process improvements and lessons-learned.

Lead statistical strategies for complex client studies, ensuring effective communication and innovative statistical analysis in clinical trials.

Conduct onsite and remote monitoring visits per ICH GCP/ISO14155 and protocol to ensure data integrity, patient safety, TMF maintenance, IP accountability, query resolution, site communication, and project support. Manage administrative duties, mentor CRAs, assess feasibility/recruitment, and meet travel and regulatory requirements.

Lead cross-functional global project teams for dermatology clinical programs, ensuring milestone delivery, budget and scope adherence, compliance with processes, client liaison and meeting leadership, support proposal/business development, and cultivate client relationships to drive future business.

Lead on-site and remote monitoring for Phase I-IV clinical and device trials in oncology, neurology, rare disease, and dermatology. Ensure data integrity and patient safety per protocol and ICH-GCP/ISO 14155, manage site relationships, resolve queries, maintain Trial Master File, identify risks, plan visits, and deliver timely, high-quality monitoring reports.

Lead rater training and endpoint surveillance for neuroscience clinical trials, providing scientific and methodological oversight. Develop rater selection/certification, training content, risk indicators, and data surveillance plans; perform clinical/statistical rating-scale analyses; liaise with vendors and stakeholders; produce study data quality reports and scientific publications; present as therapeutic expert.

Administer and support finance systems (Workday, OneStream), manage user support requests, maintain and validate end-to-end data flows and integrations, develop report specifications, assist with system/UAT testing and month-end close, and support governance, documentation, and process standardization across finance systems.
