Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring recruiting teams, partnering with executives, aligning recruitment with growth plans, standardizing global processes, developing sourcing strategies, managing workforce planning, analyzing talent metrics, improving operations, and overseeing recruitment vendors.

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of global clinical trials in compliance with ICH/GCP. Manage trial operations teams, study documentation, clinical monitoring plans, investigative site and vendor selection, site activation, monitoring quality, project milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Serve as a clinical operations reference for CRAs and investigative sites while coordinating multiple projects and ensuring quality customer outcomes.
