Build and scale sales enablement across direct-to-consumer, physician partnership, and enterprise teams. Develop selling strategies, onboarding, training, coaching, certifications, playbooks, talk tracks, and sales content. Analyze sales performance and call observations to improve seller capability, adoption, productivity, ramp time, and conversion. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical, Legal, and Sales Operations while personally delivering hands-on enablement programs in a 0-to-1 environment.

Own full-cycle recruiting for 8–15 concurrent requisitions across clinical, engineering, product, AI, operations, corporate, and commercial functions. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, sourcing, structured interviews, candidate assessment, offer negotiations, and hiring decisions. Build passive talent pipelines, manage candidate experience, and adapt recruiting strategies across multiple geographies and time zones.

Lead qualitative UX research across the patient journey, including study planning, recruitment, moderation, synthesis, and stakeholder storytelling. Build repeatable research practices, toolkits, and outreach channels while partnering with Design, Product, clinics, and quantitative researchers. Conduct privacy-conscious research involving sensitive healthcare decisions, considering HIPAA and IRB requirements. Translate patient goals, barriers, and mental models into actionable product and experience improvements.
