Create and lead video, motion graphics, animation, and digital design for marketing campaigns, product launches, social, web, email, and events. Responsibilities include storyboarding, editing, 2D animation, animated data visualizations, brand motion systems, video shoots, campaign assets, and reusable templates. Collaborate with marketing teams and vendors, explain creative decisions, manage multiple timelines, and maintain brand consistency across channels.

Lead PrePass’s public-sector product strategy, consolidated roadmap, and prioritization process. Translate transportation policy, funding, grants, contracts, regulatory mandates, and agency needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, agencies, transportation organizations, and research partners on pilots, proposals, procurements, and implementations. Monitor market and policy developments, shape upstream opportunities, and represent PrePass as a public-sector transportation thought leader.
