Supports site safety programs for renewable energy construction projects under Site Safety Manager supervision. Assists with inspections, audits, hazard identification, incident investigations, corrective actions, safety documentation, JHA reviews, PPE monitoring, emergency preparedness, safety meetings, training initiatives, and compliance tracking. The role is site-based, predominantly outdoors, and provides practical experience in occupational safety, environmental health, and construction safety.

Manage daily timekeeping and payroll support for onsite construction operations: enter and reconcile timecards, track workforce and equipment, produce manpower and job cost reports, support onboarding, handle employee inquiries, maintain records and document control, and coordinate with project teams.
