Requires CPA certification, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong U.S. GAAP expertise, public accounting and public company experience, and knowledge of enterprise financial systems.

Manages multiple technical projects within the PMO, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, developing project plans and metrics, monitoring risks, and driving execution. Partners with Product and technical teams to align projects with technology roadmaps. Supports quality assurance, governance, ROI modeling, AI project tracking, process optimization, and SDLC-based delivery while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Designs and maintains healthcare analytics infrastructure, production data models, semantic layers, and transformation pipelines using advanced SQL and analytics engineering practices. Integrates payer claims, EMR, clinical, attribution, quality, and operational data. Performs ad hoc analysis, defines standardized healthcare metrics, validates data quality, optimizes queries, documents data flows, and partners with clinical, operational, IT, and payer stakeholders to support value-based care and enterprise reporting.
