Manages a portfolio of independent physician practices across the Austin and Houston markets, driving financial, operational, clinical, revenue-cycle, and customer-experience performance. The role requires financial analysis, provider relationship management, project coordination, presentations, and 70% travel throughout the assigned territory.

The UX/QA Engineer validates web and mobile products for usability, visual consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, compatibility, performance, and functional accuracy. Responsibilities include creating test plans, testing complex patient and provider journeys, analyzing logs and browser tools, identifying root causes, using AI-assisted testing tools, automating UI regression tests, managing defects in Jira, and collaborating within Agile teams.

Manage accounts receivable and medical claim resolution, including aged-AR analysis, denial investigation, appeals, adjustments, resubmissions, and payer follow-up. Collaborate with practices, physicians, care centers, and internal teams to optimize revenue cycle performance and reimbursement. Use Salesforce case management and Trizetto for denial analysis, support care-center launches, maintain HIPAA compliance, and achieve daily and monthly KPIs.
