Manage and coordinate a company-wide enabling initiative to support pre-silicon prototyping customers. Collect customer requirements, map features and capabilities, track delivery timelines and milestones, coordinate meetings, create metrics, and prepare status updates to accelerate OS, hardware, and software platform development with partners and vendors.

Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation and knowledge-base content for internal and external customers. Develop documentation frameworks, templates, information architecture, and training materials. Collaborate with SMEs, prioritize content requests, manage small-to-medium projects, ensure quality control and standards compliance, and support knowledge management and IT service practices (KCS/ITIL). May mentor interns and act as team lead when required.
