Serves as executive sponsor for major technology partners, develops the partnerships organization, improves performance processes, and represents Procore at industry events. The role requires extensive experience in strategic partnerships, channel or alliances leadership within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, strong executive relationships, negotiation skills, and organizational leadership.

Leads post-acquisition finance integration from Day 1 readiness through synergy realization. Coordinates Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations workstreams; builds integration roadmaps, trackers, dashboards, and executive reports; analyzes financial and operational data; manages dependencies, risks, and deliverables; facilitates cross-functional meetings; and improves the M&A integration playbook.

Design and operate Procore’s next-generation cloud compute and data platform in a FedRAMP-compliant environment. Build and support distributed, highly available systems; manage Kubernetes clusters, cloud-native infrastructure, and infrastructure as code; participate across the software development lifecycle; run technical proofs of concept; and collaborate with product, UX, IT, and engineering teams to shape platform capabilities and roadmap.

Provides first-contact technical support to Procore customers through phone, chat, and email. Requires construction industry expertise, project financial management, contract administration, resource planning, and up to 50% travel.

Own pricing and packaging strategy for a B2B SaaS Project Execution portfolio, including monetization of AI-driven capabilities and automated workflows. Analyze feature utilization, price elasticity, retention, unit economics, and customer behavior to guide decisions. Partner with executive leadership, product, marketing, revenue operations, and sales on go-to-market initiatives. Translate customer and market insights into packaging strategies while flexibly supporting product discovery, roadmap execution, and engineering delivery.

Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones, including scheduling and rescheduling, candidate preparation, and communication of interview details to hiring teams.
