Define the multi-year technical vision for Procore’s mobile platform across iOS, Android, cross-platform shared logic, GraphQL, backend, and cloud services. Establish architecture standards, shared patterns, offline sync, CI/CD, observability, and security practices. Lead major design decisions, mentor senior engineers, partner with executives and product teams, prototype high-risk solutions, write production code, and drive organization-wide technical strategy and execution.

Leads the AI and platform engineering team responsible for Procore’s enterprise Claude rollout, MCP roadmap, AI workflow infrastructure, and Atlassian and Slack administration. Owns platform roadmaps, adoption, change management, governance participation, go-live readiness, vendor and contractor engagements, and team development. Partners with Security, GRC, Legal, Identity, Enterprise AI, and business stakeholders to operate enterprise AI and collaboration platforms securely and effectively.

Leads a Public Sector/SLED sales team, driving quota attainment, territory planning, forecasting, GTM execution, team development, and enterprise customer growth. Manages C-level relationships, negotiates complex contracts, closes six- to seven-figure SaaS deals, and partners with enablement and internal stakeholders to improve sales performance. The role requires 25%–50% travel to offices and clients.
