Lead market expansion for Procore Pay’s Compliance and Payments products. Assess and size new markets, validate product-market fit, conduct customer discovery, develop product strategies, and guide initiatives from hypothesis through launch and revenue generation. Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Risk, and Compliance, define business outcomes, prepare go-to-market plans, and mentor product managers.

Lead a 4–6 engineer team to own Procore's Vault-backed secrets management and operational tooling platform. Define strategy and roadmap for secrets, identity (OIDC/PKI), External Secrets Operator, and operational ingestion pipelines (Kafka → Databricks/Compass). Build self-service provisioning, certificate rotation, compliance controls, AI-powered guardrails, and reliability practices. Partner with security, SRE, and platform leadership; recruit, mentor, and drive engineering excellence.

Manages strategic commercial accounts, serving as the primary customer contact and driving renewals, retention, upselling, cross-selling, product adoption, and revenue expansion. Responsibilities include account research, relationship development, pipeline and forecast management, CRM maintenance, competitor analysis, target achievement, issue resolution, and coordination with internal sales, customer success, and product teams. Periodic client-site travel is required.
