Lead a centralized bid support and proposal function within Revenue Operations, overseeing end-to-end proposal delivery, feasibility validation, cross-functional deal support, and onshore/offshore team management. Drive process standardization, automation, CRM tracking, and performance metrics to improve win rates and ensure smooth onboarding and transition to delivery. Serve as escalation point for complex, high-value opportunities and coach teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

Architect and scale a governed BI and analytics platform (Snowflake, dbt, Sigma) to deliver trusted, standardized KPI frameworks and semantic layers. Build high-quality data models, optimize SQL for large datasets, enable self-serve analytics, mentor engineers, drive governance and testing standards, and partner with Product, Data Science, Finance, and business teams. Promote AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analytics delivery and improve metric trust and reporting consistency.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for the Research Management Platform, drive commercial outcomes (growth, adoption, retention), prioritize investments, modernize workflows with automation and AI, run product operations, mentor Product Managers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.
