Provides administrative and operational support to U.S. management while coordinating communication, documentation, meetings, schedules, and business activities with Korean headquarters. Responsibilities include preparing reports and business documents, facilitating English-Korean correspondence, arranging international travel and logistics, supporting visiting executives, maintaining records, and assisting with office operations and special projects.

Develops and optimizes advanced coating chemistries and thermal spray processes for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing applications. Responsibilities include formulation, experimentation, DOE, troubleshooting, metrology, process characterization, scale-up controls, equipment evaluation, technical documentation, and collaboration with Engineering and NPI teams. The role also supports customers through technical discussions and visits and requires international travel in blocks of up to two weeks.
