Lead state and local government advocacy for Progress Residential by monitoring legislation, developing advocacy strategies, building relationships with policymakers, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, influencing policy outcomes, and representing the company at industry and public forums. Act as a surrogate for the VP of Government Affairs as needed.
