Develop and maintain full-stack applications and backend services for the Threat Intelligence team using Python, TypeScript, React, and Go. Manage PostgreSQL databases, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, reliability, and operational automation. Collaborate with engineering and threat intelligence stakeholders to deliver actionable intelligence capabilities.

Develop, operate, and scale Proofpoint’s production infrastructure across global data centers and public cloud. Responsibilities include deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, incident response, infrastructure architecture, automation, and security. The engineer will collaborate with product and engineering teams, investigate complex system and network issues, support product rollouts, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Manage named enterprise accounts by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. Build executive-level partnerships with CISOs, CIOs, and other leaders; conduct solution presentations; coordinate sales, engineering, and channel resources; develop account strategies; support product demonstrations and proof-of-concept programs; and consistently exceed sales quotas in the cybersecurity market.

Lead global partner engagement and enablement programs to drive pipeline and partner loyalty. Own strategy and execution for partner events, demand center content, enablement initiatives, cross-functional alignment, partner lifecycle improvements, and KPI-driven analytics to measure and optimize partner program performance.

Lead global presales engineering escalation, AI-driven workflow transformation, and field enablement. Build governance, intake systems, knowledge capture, and cross-functional advocacy to scale technical expertise, resolve complex escalations, and improve presales outcomes and access governance.
