Lead competitive intelligence for Proofpoint's Data Security platform using AI and automation to surface signals, analyze competitors, and deliver field-ready recommendations. Build deep technical knowledge in DLP, CASB, Insider Threat, and DSPM, support sales deals, create enablement content, and influence product and marketing strategy cross-functionally.

Act as a technical and strategic adviser to assigned customers to maximize value from Proofpoint products and services. Own customer relationships, develop 12-month program roadmaps, lead recurring meetings, track deliverables and risks, coordinate complex production changes, manage escalations, monitor cases and SLAs, and help customers mature security posture and demonstrate measurable program value.

Serve as the customer-facing technical lead for strategic accounts: provide proactive technical guidance, manage escalations and incident response, oversee integrations and configurations, deliver executive presentations, drive account retention and upgrades, lead process improvements, and mentor peers. Works independently and coordinates across Support, Operations, and Engineering.

Serve as a senior advisor to enterprise C-suite clients, leading executive discovery, scoping data-security and threat programs, defining multi-year cyber roadmaps, influencing cross-functional product and services strategy, and representing Proofpoint in industry thought leadership and client engagements.

Manage Premium Services customer accounts for a cybersecurity SaaS vendor: plan and launch security training and assessment programs, develop implementation and communication strategies, create campaigns and reports, troubleshoot low-level ZenGuide issues, maintain CRM records, document interactions, liaise with customers, and coordinate delivery with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

Lead global presales engineering escalation, AI-driven workflow transformation, and field enablement. Build governance, intake systems, knowledge capture, and cross-functional advocacy to scale technical expertise, resolve complex escalations, and improve presales outcomes and access governance.

Provide technical support for customers using Proofpoint AI Security solutions, resolving issues via tickets, phone, email, and chat while diagnosing software and hardware problems.

Manage and close subscription renewals with enterprise customers, forecast via Salesforce and Excel, meet renewal quotas, coordinate internal resources, maintain executive relationships, resolve customer issues, research account structures, and prepare customer quotes.
