Teams at Proofpoint

Develop, operate, and scale Proofpoint’s production infrastructure across global data centers and public cloud. Responsibilities include deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, incident response, infrastructure architecture, automation, and security. The engineer will collaborate with product and engineering teams, investigate complex system and network issues, support product rollouts, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Manage named enterprise accounts by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. Build executive-level partnerships with CISOs, CIOs, and other leaders; conduct solution presentations; coordinate sales, engineering, and channel resources; develop account strategies; support product demonstrations and proof-of-concept programs; and consistently exceed sales quotas in the cybersecurity market.

Provide technical support for customers using Proofpoint AI Security solutions, resolving issues via tickets, phone, email, and chat while diagnosing software and hardware problems.
