Provide PV subject-matter leadership for case processing: oversee procedures and agreements, support complex case review and follow-up, create/review narratives, ensure global PV compliance, train and mentor staff, and support client communications.

Supports pharmaceutical quality systems by managing deviations, quality events, CAPAs, effectiveness checks, GxP change controls, audits, and regulatory inspections. Coordinates documentation, stakeholders, responses, and eQMS closure activities. Analyzes quality data and KPIs, prepares reports, investigates quality events, and evaluates medical information case and telephone quality. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of GxP quality management systems.

Supports remote clinical research site activities by coordinating communications, document submissions, pre-screening, data entry, database query responses, and site documentation. The role helps maintain IRB/FDA-compliant records, supports study closeout, and assists with other study activities. Strong organization, communication, critical thinking, independent work, and proficiency with web-based research platforms are required.
