Teams at ProScore Technologies

Manage full sales cycle for ProScore's workforce compliance platform: conduct discovery, deliver demos, build executive relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline, and meet revenue targets while collaborating with SDRs, marketing, product, and customer success.

Serve as the operational backbone between product, engineering, delivery, and compliance. Translate regulatory-driven business outcomes into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own Jira boards and Agile delivery (sprint planning, grooming, ceremonies), manage project plans, resources, timelines, and risks, and produce stakeholder reports, playbooks, and implementation materials.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting, cold calls, email and LinkedIn; research accounts; schedule demos; maintain CRM data; collaborate with marketing and sales leadership; attend industry events; meet activity and pipeline goals; become subject-matter expert in workforce compliance and ProScore's platform.
