Own customer implementations from post-sale handoff through go-live. Manage project plans, timelines, stakeholders, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, risk resolution, and launch readiness. The role also improves onboarding processes through playbooks, checklists, documentation, and scalable self-service workflows while partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve recurring blockers.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships, drive platform adoption, improve retention, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional responses to customer needs and escalations. The role manages customer health, executive communication, business reviews, workflow optimization, renewals, and advocacy while translating customer feedback into actionable product improvements. Success is measured through retention, expansion, adoption, and customer outcomes.
