Provide site administrative support for clinical trials: act as main non-clinical site contact, manage records and TMF/ISF processes, prepare regulatory submissions, coordinate payments, support audits, track EDC completion, organize meetings and training, and coach junior site management staff.

Plans and executes B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, paid advertising, content, PR, and internal communications. Creates content, manages vendors and budgets, updates the website, supports digital and in-person events, tracks and optimizes campaign performance, contributes to marketing strategy, and mentors junior team members.

Executes B2B digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, lead generation, and nurture campaigns. Monitors and qualifies inbound leads, manages HubSpot workflows and CRM data, coordinates with Business Development, develops campaign content, and analyzes performance metrics. Supports email strategy, reporting dashboards, audience targeting, marketing automation, webinars, conferences, and continuous process improvement.
