Design, plan, and execute testing for large-scale IVR applications. Create test plans and cases, perform voice and automated testing, write automation scripts, operate IVR environments, mentor QA team members, and improve test documentation and auditing.

Lead client relationships and delivery of customer experience (CX) solutions. Drive sales, scope and size CX projects, design solution architectures, manage delivery teams, run requirements sessions, optimize delivery processes, and provide CX thought leadership. Willingness to travel within the US.

Design and deliver user-centered voice IVR experiences: gather requirements, create call flows and VUI specifications, conduct usability testing, tune speech/DTMF applications, support grammar design, and assist sales/marketing with UX methodology materials.
