Lead client relationships and delivery of customer experience (CX) solutions. Drive sales, scope and size CX projects, design solution architectures, manage delivery teams, run requirements sessions, optimize delivery processes, and provide CX thought leadership. Willingness to travel within the US.

Design, plan, and execute testing for large-scale IVR applications. Create test plans and cases, perform voice and automated testing, write automation scripts, operate IVR environments, mentor QA team members, and improve test documentation and auditing.

Analyze conversational call flows and large datasets to optimize IVR and generative AI systems. Perform call testing, annotation, dashboard monitoring, and deliver data-driven insights and presentations to improve self-service, reduce agent handling, and enhance customer experience.
