Provides business consulting, project management, systems implementation, and operational improvement services for public sector clients. Facilitates requirements gathering, analyzes program operations and data, translates business needs into system specifications, manages project deliverables, prepares executive reports, and supports proposals and sales activities. Works remotely with clients, technical teams, business analysts, and program operations teams while supervising business analysts.

Supports education technology service delivery for public-sector clients. Responsibilities include investigating client issues, coordinating resolutions, gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing workflows, supporting software enhancements, participating in user acceptance and regression testing, and assisting with releases, change management, and feature adoption. The role is intended for early-career professionals with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills.

Manages technical projects from scope definition through delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, reporting, requirements documentation, and scope changes. The role requires Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall project management, Microsoft Project scheduling, Power BI reporting, risk analysis, and briefing metrics to leadership. This is a remote position with occasional office or client travel.
