Leads strategic development and lifecycle management of personal property insurance products, including product innovation, roadmap planning, pricing and risk-selection collaboration, partnerships, market research, and cross-functional delivery. Defines technology requirements, improves member and broker experiences, manages analysts, mentors product teams, and represents the organization as an insurance product subject-matter expert.

Develop and execute territory business development plans for the Northwest, managing broker relationships, appointing and growing brokers, increasing production, rehabilitating or terminating underperformers, building COI partnerships, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve regional growth and profit targets. Frequent travel within the territory required.

Drive membership and premium growth in the assigned territory by building and managing broker and COI relationships, onboarding and activating new brokers, increasing large-account production, managing underperforming partners, developing territory growth/profit plans with internal stakeholders, and frequently traveling within the territory.
