Teams at QTS Data Centers

Lead and manage electrical engineering for mission‑critical data center development across multiple projects and regions. Oversee design, standards, procurement, vendor coordination, risk resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration. Provide technical direction, mentor staff, support due diligence and master planning, present updates to executives, and drive scalable, compliant electrical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Lead telecom and networking design, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning across multiple data center campuses. Manage budgets, schedules, contractors, and stakeholders; ensure systems meet QTS standards and Basis of Design. Implement multi-phased site plans, evaluate proposals, remove schedule obstacles, and coordinate with facilities and technology teams to deliver mission-critical connectivity solutions.

As the Principal DCIM Design Engineer, you will lead design standards for data center infrastructure, manage teams, develop control systems, and ensure scalable solutions are in place for QTS's global infrastructure.
