As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll build and extend web technologies, make key architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Product Manager for Payments at Qualia will lead the strategy and execution of payment systems integration into the real estate closing process, enhancing customer experience and product value.

Lead product strategy and execution for Qualia's platform, managing data platforms and integrating AI capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to define specifications, use data to drive decisions, and deliver web products that move key business metrics.

Design and deliver live and virtual product training, develop curricula and webinars, launch a Train‑the‑Trainer program, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and track training metrics and feedback to improve customer adoption.

Lead and mentor a product design team while contributing individual design work. Own team health, strategy, and cross-functional alignment. Drive design systems, transition to design-as-code, enable rapid prototyping, and deliver high-quality end-to-end user experiences from concept through launch.
