Teams at Qualia

Manage cash reconciliations for customer escrow accounts, process banking files, resolve transactional exceptions, produce accounting and month-end reports, communicate account status to clients and internal teams, support and transition clients to Qualia Recon Service, and maintain daily 3-way reconciliations to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Own SMB customer implementations for the first 50–90 days as main point of contact. Drive project schedules, configure Qualia, align stakeholders and GMs/CSMs, resolve technical issues, and graduate customers quickly with high satisfaction.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade test infrastructure, release orchestration tooling, and performance testing systems. Drive automation strategy across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end layers, migrate test frameworks (Cypress to Playwright), add observability for flakiness and reliability, and mentor engineers while solving complex infrastructure and AI-assisted testing problems.
