The Neurology Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in diagnostics through relationship-building, targeting new business, and providing support to existing accounts in the Neurology therapeutic area.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team, including scheduling meetings, updating work requests, formatting documents, assisting with shipping/fulfillment, resolving customer service issues, mitigating risks, and supporting ongoing projects and general office duties to ensure deadlines and team objectives are met.

Investigate and resolve denied medical claims, apply denials to carriers, use automation tools and Access database to create worklists, perform data entry for adjudication, communicate with members/providers, and meet efficiency, accuracy, and cash/AR reduction goals. Full-time remote with occasional in-office training or overtime as needed.
