Translates business and system needs into detailed requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams. Gathers and prioritizes stakeholder requirements, analyzes impacts and dependencies across integrated systems, facilitates workshops and Agile ceremonies, maintains documentation, and supports QA validation. Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and IT teams while working with APIs, event-driven architectures, authentication systems, integrations, and configuration-driven solutions.

Lead a lean Innovation Office to design, build, and ship AI/LLM-powered MVPs that solve real insurance distribution problems. Hands-on role: write and deploy prototypes, integrate data science outputs, run discovery with agents, measure business impact, and hand off validated winners. Manage two data scientists and direct contract engineers while partnering with business leadership to prioritize and evaluate opportunities.
