Build Quince’s greenfield, AI-native supply chain planning platform from architecture through production. Own forecasting and optimization model pipelines, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, operator tooling, integrations, and AI-augmented workflows. Partner with scientists, planners, business leaders, and distributed engineering teams to translate supply chain needs into scalable systems. Set technical direction, establish engineering standards, and recruit and develop a high-performing team.

Own Quince’s global communications and proactive media strategy across business, retail, technology, and consumer press. Build journalist relationships, develop compelling story angles, lead milestone placements, and prepare executives for media engagements. Write and edit communications materials, support cross-functional launches, manage PR agencies, measure earned-media impact, and create scalable communications systems and playbooks. The role serves as the sole communications owner during Quince’s next stage of growth.

Lead inventory planning and forecasting for a business portfolio: produce style-color-size weekly forecasts, drive in-stock rates, turns and ROI, partner with sourcing/vendors and tech to build automated forecasting systems, conduct root-cause analytics, present to executives, and manage/mentor team members.
