Supervise process and functional design, create functional requirements for application design, develop and test detailed functional designs and prototypes, and plan and execute data conversion. Provide Oracle E-Business Suite Finance expertise (AP, PO) and finance process knowledge across Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Projects. Requires 4+ years consulting experience and strong financial analysis skills.

Design, implement and deploy Oracle ERP/HCM solutions to meet business goals. Lead business needs analysis, document processes and mappings, run workshops/presentations, and provide solution design and implementation support. Frequent client interaction and travel.

Provide configuration, design, and standards for Accela Product Suite; solve complex business problems; set strategic decisions; interact with top management; lead large teams; implement/configure solutions for government clients; perform data conversion, cleansing and MDM; convert data to/from Oracle and SQL Server; develop Windows applications in VB.NET.
