Teams at Raft

Administers government contracts and subcontracts from proposal through closeout, including modifications, compliance, negotiations, pricing, cost analysis, and dispute resolution. Reviews and interprets contractual terms, advises leadership, supports solicitation responses, drafts agreements, and manages contract performance. Requires government contracting experience, FAR and DFARS knowledge, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Remote role with up to 10% travel.

Manage agile projects within broader programs, coordinating timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, and task delegation. Report project progress and changes to program leadership, create implementation documentation, contribute to metrics, and apply Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, cloud, and DoD cybersecurity expertise. The role supports Platform One and software factory environments, requires U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility, and may involve up to 10% travel.
