Manage negotiation, administration, and closeout of government, international, and commercial contracts. Assess and mitigate contractual risks, coordinate inputs from legal, sales, finance and program teams, provide contract status and business advice, maintain contract files, and serve as primary customer interface. Work independently on most matters and lead contract negotiations and changes.

Design, develop, and support enterprise API/SOA integrations using Apigee, Axway, and Oracle SOA. Build transformations (including B2B-EDI/XML), perform testing, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and collaborate with analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to maintain and improve mission-critical integration platforms.

Perform government cost accounting and compliance: prepare Forward Pricing Rate Proposals/Agreements, translate performance to government cost accounting, analyze actual vs. proposed rates, prepare Incurred Cost Submissions, and interface with DCAA/DCMA on audits and billing/rate matters.

Support and sustain SAP GTS v11 and future S/4HANA GTS solutions across design, build, test, and hyper-care. Collaborate with business and technical teams under SAFe ART, assist with requirements, configurations, testing, and customs/compliance processes, and support migrations and stakeholder communications.

Design, develop, test, and maintain internal web applications and security tools using ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Optimize database queries, automate cybersecurity and compliance processes, collaborate with analysts and stakeholders, participate in code reviews, and support deployments and production troubleshooting across the full application stack.

Design and document resilient, secure IT infrastructure for classified environments across compute, storage, virtualization, and archival systems. Advise engineering and support teams, lead technical meetings, support proposals and reviews, and ensure compliance with RMF/NIST/DoD frameworks and identity/access controls.

Lead enterprise data architecture for a multi-year SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration. Design canonical models, bridge reporting, integration patterns, and analytics enablement (SAC). Define standards, reference architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and governance; coach delivery teams and produce architecture artifacts aligned to TOGAF.
