Manages full lifecycle U.S. government and commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, administration, modifications, compliance, risk mitigation, and closeout. Collaborates with program, engineering, finance, supply chain, and customers while advising on contractual rights, obligations, regulations, and policies. Requires expertise with FAR/DFARS contracts, including CPFF, FFP, and DCS agreements, and active DoD Secret clearance.

Designs and implements infrastructure-as-code automation using Ansible across VMware, bare-metal, cloud, Windows, and Linux environments. Develops custom Python modules, plugins, REST integrations, and CI/CD pipelines while integrating Git, secrets management, and monitoring. Creates documentation, troubleshoots automation failures, improves reliability and performance, tracks metrics, and supports critical infrastructure through an on-call rotation. The role requires extensive Ansible, systems administration, scripting, and platform engineering experience in classified environments.

Manages global trade compliance tools and systems, including implementation, configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Serves as a subject-matter expert, coordinates with Digital Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners, and translates regulatory requirements into effective workflows. Develops training and user resources, supports adoption, and identifies automation opportunities. Requires domestic and international travel as needed.

Leads digital technology operations at an onsite aerospace facility, serving as the primary escalation point between enterprise technology teams, local leadership, vendors, and production environments. Oversees infrastructure reliability, security, compliance, audit readiness, hosting costs, service-level performance, technology deployments, and maintenance. Coordinates network, wireless, facility, conference room, machine installation, collaboration, telecommunications, and security initiatives while advocating for site priorities and ensuring timely resolution of technology issues.

Lead and apply enterprise application architecture using TOGAF/ArchiMate/Cameo within SAFe ARTs.
