Manages full lifecycle U.S. government and commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, administration, modifications, compliance, risk mitigation, and closeout. Collaborates with program, engineering, finance, supply chain, and customers while advising on contractual rights, obligations, regulations, and policies. Requires expertise with FAR/DFARS contracts, including CPFF, FFP, and DCS agreements, and active DoD Secret clearance.

Designs and maintains SAP BW data models, pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics integrations. Leads migration of SAP BW 7.x assets to SAP Business Data Cloud using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, converts legacy objects into CDS-based semantic models, optimizes data flows, supports reporting migration, and ensures data quality, governance, lineage, and operational reliability across SAP and non-SAP environments.

Manages U.S. government contracts from proposal development and negotiation through administration and closeout. Provides contractual guidance, ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, TINA, and company policies, resolves contractual issues, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, manages scope and terms, flows down customer requirements, and supports contract invoicing, property disposition, and patent reporting.
