Manage negotiation, administration, and closeout of government, international, and commercial contracts. Assess and mitigate contractual risks, coordinate inputs from legal, sales, finance and program teams, provide contract status and business advice, maintain contract files, and serve as primary customer interface. Work independently on most matters and lead contract negotiations and changes.

Lead and apply enterprise application architecture using TOGAF/ArchiMate/Cameo within SAFe ARTs. Provide technical leadership to agile teams, design solutions, manage backlog/risks, mentor architects, drive portfolio modernization, partner with cloud/infrastructure/security teams, and contribute to architecture practices and reusable reference designs.

Lead end-to-end implementation and adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning for operational workforce planning. Establish program governance, align workforce and financial strategies, manage vendors, drive change management, define enterprise requirements and metrics, and report progress to senior leadership. Travel up to 10%.
