Own the risk and compliance product strategy, roadmap, and execution for payment products. Serve as the payments-risk subject matter expert, integrate third-party risk platforms, guide executive stakeholders, and balance customer value, technical feasibility, risk, and commercial outcomes.

Leads customer-facing SaaS implementations for RealPage solutions. Defines business requirements, maps them to product capabilities, develops solution frameworks, manages system design, supports implementation planning, and coordinates go-live, training, and ongoing support. The role also leads discovery and presales discussions, advises customer stakeholders, drives change management and adoption, and partners with internal delivery and engagement teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
