Drives new business through high-volume prospecting, marketing lead follow-up, referrals, contract reviews, pricing discussions, and lead conversion. Maintains CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility while delivering a strong consignor experience. The role requires 50–100 daily phone and text outreach attempts, luxury market knowledge, objection handling, and consistent quota attainment in a fully remote Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule.
