Establishes engineering standards, mentors engineers, conducts architecture reviews, and influences quality practices across hundreds of repositories and multiple product squads. Requires extensive SDET or software development experience, mobile testing expertise, Python and TypeScript fluency, cloud familiarity, contract testing, and LLM application evaluation experience.

Own execution of technical SEO, AEO, site architecture, performance, and social sharing initiatives. Translate predefined strategies into roadmaps, Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs. Conduct technical audits, staging and production QA, and post-launch performance tracking using SEO tools, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Google Search Console. Partner with engineering, marketing, data science, and design teams while using AI and automation to scale search optimizations across millions of pages.

Lead data science for lead valuation, predictive close scoring, revenue optimization, and constrained allocation across a national marketplace. Build inventory valuation, pricing, forecasting, experimentation, simulation, and optimization models using methods such as mixed-integer and stochastic programming. Partner with Product, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to deploy models into production decisioning, monitor KPIs, and communicate tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.
