The Senior Software Engineer will support full-stack development, maintain a backend system, design RESTful APIs, and influence product engineering principles.

Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their first 90 days, deliver personalized training and onboarding, monitor engagement, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams, document interactions, and drive renewals by ensuring customers adopt and see value from the RealWork platform.

The Senior BI Analyst will handle end-to-end product and customer analytics, leveraging data to enhance product success, improve customer engagement, and guide business decisions via executive dashboards and strategic recommendations.
