Generate qualified outbound pipeline through cold calling, multi-channel prospecting, prospect research, qualification, and disciplined follow-up. Book high-quality sales meetings, manage CRM records in HubSpot, track funnel performance, prioritize commercial opportunities, respond to inbound leads, and help develop a repeatable outbound sales playbook. The role requires independent remote work, strong communication, measurable performance, and comfort using AI tools.

Build, deploy, and maintain third-party integrations across APIs and external services. Develop full-stack features with a backend focus, design PostgreSQL schemas and queries, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and improve performance, scalability, observability, reliability, and asynchronous processing. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering while independently managing multiple integration projects.

Owns Rechat’s self-serve monetization funnel from acquisition through signup, activation, checkout, upgrades, billing, reactivation, and lifecycle outreach. The role focuses on improving conversion, time to value, attach rate, and revenue per agent through pricing, packaging, experimentation, instrumentation, branded onboarding, and AI-assisted purchasing journeys. This senior product manager will build scalable self-serve experiences for individual real estate agents and small businesses.
