Teams at Red Hat

Lead account strategy and sales execution for a major US telecom across regional teams. Build executive relationships, drive adoption of Red Hat solutions (OpenShift, Ansible, OpenShift AI, middleware), maintain pipeline and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet revenue targets while regularly traveling to customer locations.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will deploy, optimize, and scale AI inference systems, collaborating directly with customers to enhance performance and solve infrastructure challenges on Kubernetes clusters.

Act as primary customer advocate for a financial-services account, specializing in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. Provide architectural guidance, assist with implementations and upgrades, investigate support requests, perform technical reviews, create documentation, coordinate across Red Hat teams, and visit customer sites as needed to ensure successful adoption and optimization of multi-product solutions.
