Owns employee experience and office operations for Redis’s Austin office. Responsibilities include onboarding, engagement initiatives, employee events, wellbeing programs, exits, travel arrangements, office supplies and logistics, facilities coordination, seating and equipment procurement, vendor relationships, and local HR support. The role requires full-time, five-day-a-week office presence and collaboration with global HR and remote teams.

Generate and qualify leads through targeted account research, high-volume outbound prospecting, and inbound follow-up across email, social media, and phone. Schedule qualified meetings for field sales teams, collaborate with Account Executives on account plans, maintain accurate Salesforce and Outreach records, and meet activity and performance goals. The role requires strong communication, curiosity, initiative, coachability, and Portuguese fluency, with hybrid work in Austin, Texas.

Own Enterprise AI and IT product intake, roadmaps, prioritization, and cross-functional technology initiatives. Translate business needs into requirements, lead AI use cases from pilot to production, and hands-on test automations and agents for accuracy, safety, reliability, and adoption. Coordinate launches, change management, stakeholder communications, platform and vendor evaluations, integrations, and operational readiness across Engineering, IT, Security, Data, Legal, Operations, and business teams.
