Redpanda Data Benefits Overview

Director of Legal serving as the primary commercial transactions attorney, drafting and negotiating customer, partner, and vendor agreements. Builds scalable contracting templates, playbooks, approval workflows, and legal technology processes. Advises on privacy, data protection, AI regulation, product, compliance, employment, and corporate matters while partnering with cross-functional teams. Supports the General Counsel on strategic initiatives and helps build the legal function in a high-growth enterprise software company.

Leads a cloud engineering team responsible for Redpanda Cloud, BYOC, Serverless, and Agentic Data Plane initiatives. Owns roadmap delivery, operational excellence, incident response, SLOs, and day-two operations while partnering with Product and customer-facing teams. Coaches, develops, hires, and retains engineers; translates product priorities into engineering plans; manages risks and dependencies; and drives reliable, high-quality launches across distributed cloud services.

Help customers adopt Redpanda by conducting workshops, architecting and implementing production-ready data streaming systems, building integrations and reusable automation, resolving technical barriers, optimizing performance, and supporting onboarding and expansion. The role partners with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams while sharing technical content and best practices. Travel up to 25% may be required.
